The great spotted woodpecker is often sighted from Willow Pool Hide feeding station at Potteric Carr Nature Reserve.

Marsh harriers hunting over the Ings, putting up lots of snipe and ducks. There were lots of Gadwall, shoveler and wigeon on the water down there after the rain we’ve had. And there was an immature gannet flew over.
