A great family day out whilst raising money for Yorkshire's wildlife. Sponsor a duck for a pound for the chance to win a cash prize.
Duck races have been raising funds for charities for over 20 years in Britain and taking part in these fun events are a great way to support the Yorkshire Wildlife Trust. Race sites are selected with great care and all ducks are collected and re-used.

Join us on the 14th July for the Yorkshire Duck Race at Bolton Abbey, Wharfdale; sponsor a duck for a £1 to be in with a chance of winning some fantastic prizes.
The 2011 Great Yorkshire Duck Race took place on Saturday 9th July at Bolton Abbey. Due to the rain, the river was too deep to carry out the race, so instead an inpromptu Duck Chuck was held! Over £3000 was raised for 4 local charities, including Yorkshire Wildlife Trust, during the day which saw 1200 plastic ducks flying through the air!
